EasyVirtualFair

Cookies Policy

Last updated: 22 August 2026

This policy covers the EasyVirtualFair platform, meaning the pages you use when you attend or run a virtual fair at easyvirtualfair.com/<fair> or at sandbox.easyvirtualfair.com/<fair>. The EasyVirtualFair corporate website publishes its own, separate cookies policy.

1. Strictly necessary

These keep you signed in and keep the fair working. They are required to deliver the service you asked for, so they need no consent and cannot be turned off.

  • sb-f-<fair> - your session inside a specific fair. Each fair has its own, so signing in to one fair never signs you in to another.
  • sb-pub - session for public areas shared across fairs.
  • sb-sa - session for EasyVirtualFair staff administration.

Your choice about this banner is not stored in a cookie at all. It is kept in your browser’s local storage under evf.cookie.consent.v1, and it never leaves your device.

2. Analytics, optional

When you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4, which sets the _ga and _gid cookies to count visitors and see which content is useful. We look at this in aggregate, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles. If you decline, these are not loaded.

3. Video meetings

Video calls and webinars run on Daily.co. When you join a call, Daily.co uses browser storage of its own to hold the connection together for the duration of the call. This only happens while you are in a call, and no video or audio passes through cookies.

4. Changing your mind

Use the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of any fair page at any time. Clearing your browser storage for this site has the same effect and brings the banner back.

5. Contact

Questions about this policy go to privacy@easyvirtualfair.com.

Fair organizers who need to publish their own cookie policy can replace the legal links of their fair in the fair settings.
